The ND-TP400 thermal conductive silicone gasket is a super-soft material with high thermal conductivity performance. It shows a relatively small thermal resistance and a high degree of deformation under low pressure conditions, and has excellent gap-filling properties. It is recommended to be used on flat surfaces with relatively large tolerances. In addition, the TP400 has self-adhesive properties and does not require an additional adhesive coating that may impede heat conduction.
